What a first-pass assessment can surface
Illustrative example only — not a live customer dashboard.
Your employees should run the business — not troubleshoot IT.
SignalCore is designed for organizations that need reliable technology without building a full internal IT department.
Wi-Fi keeps dropping
Dead zones, roaming issues, interference, poor AP placement, or overloaded wireless can turn every cloud application into a problem.
Nobody owns the IT problems
Employees lose productive time to passwords, printers, laptops, Microsoft 365, network access, and recurring technology issues.
Security is mostly reactive
Firewalls, updates, MFA, backups, guest access, and user permissions need routine attention before they become incidents.
One team for users, devices, networks, and Wi-Fi
Practical support for the day-to-day issues your staff sees, plus the network engineering needed when the problem is deeper than a desktop.
Help Desk & User Support
Remote troubleshooting for common business IT issues, device setup, user onboarding, printers, connectivity, and application access.
Microsoft 365 Support
Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, mailbox setup, user administration, MFA support, and common Microsoft 365 issues.
Managed Wi-Fi
Wireless troubleshooting, AP health, guest Wi-Fi, coverage improvements, performance optimization, and multi-site visibility.
Firewall & Network Support
Firewall changes, VPN support, switching, VLANs, segmentation, Internet troubleshooting, and network configuration review.
Security Basics
Patch hygiene, MFA, endpoint security coordination, DNS/web protection, account review, and security-focused recommendations.
Monitoring & IT Operations
Proactive visibility into critical devices and services, alert review, recurring health checks, and prioritized remediation planning.
Most IT companies support Wi-Fi. We engineer it.
When a problem involves RF interference, roaming, AP placement, VLANs, firewall policy, authentication, or network architecture, you should not need a second company.
Desktop to RF.
A user reports “the Internet is slow.” The real problem might be the laptop, DNS, DHCP, firewall, switch, WAN, access point, channel plan, interference, or roaming. SignalCore approaches the entire path rather than stopping at the endpoint.
Multi-vendor wireless expertise
We work across common business and enterprise wireless platforms so recommendations can be based on the environment, operating model, and budget.

Vendor names and marks belong to their respective owners. Displayed to describe technology platforms SignalCore can support; no partnership or endorsement is implied unless separately stated.

What size businesses does SignalCore support?
The managed IT plans are designed primarily for businesses with about 1–25 employees. Wireless engineering and project services can support larger environments depending on scope.
Do you provide onsite support?
Remote support is the fastest path for many issues. Onsite service can be included or quoted based on your location, plan, and the type of work required.
Can you work with our existing firewall or Wi-Fi vendor?
Yes. SignalCore is vendor-flexible and can support common Cisco Meraki, Juniper Mist, HPE Aruba Networking, RUCKUS, Fortinet, Extreme Networks, Cambium, and other business networking environments when access and licensing permit.
Is the Free IT Health Assessment a penetration test?
No. The free assessment is a business-level review of agreed IT areas. Security testing or wireless penetration testing requires separate written authorization, scope, and rules of engagement.
